Check It: provides spelling and grammar checks, alleviates stress for users that are unsure of to spell a word.
Screen Mask: Offers the user the opportunity to minimize distractions and isolates sections of the text.
Text to Speech: Play, Pause, Stop: Offers the users the chance to hear and make meaning from the text by providing access in an alternative way.
Hover Speech: this offers the user a way to hear the text spoken instead of reading it. The user may pick and choose what sections they may need or want read aloud.
Screenshot Reader: Interesting diagrams and visuals that were previously inaccessible can now be read aloud so that the user may make meaning/connections
Talk and Type/Speech Input: Users may be more enthusiastic to compose a piece of writing without needing to put pencil to paper
Collect Highlights: Users can highlight and collect them to create a list or summary that will be useful for other purposes. This is motivating as they have easily created a product with previously highlighting.

Dictionary: users can hear definitions read to them and they can also see pictures to help understand the meaning of words.
Web Search: users can search the web for related websites, images, videos and definitions.
Vocabulary: isolating vocabulary into a separate list is a way of customizing information.
Highlight: text can be highlighted for easier viewing and for collection.
Simplifying Page: graphics can be removed to eliminate distraction on the viewed page.

Hover Speech: this offers the user a way to hear the text spoken instead of reading it.
Talk and Type/Speech Input: Users may be better able to create a piece of writing using this function without being “bogged down” with all of the other tasks necessary to write with a pencil and paper that may get in the way of thoughts and creativity. It enables students to generate written output that better represents their true oral language skills.
Collect Highlights: having a smaller collection/summary of a document will aid in the learner being less overwhelmed

Talk and Type/Speech Input: having this option allows students to alternate between typing, hand printing and speaking as needed.
Hover Speech:this feature allows the user to hover over any word, sentence or paragraph to have it read aloud to them. The user can choose what they need to.
Collect Highlights: Users can collect the highlights that they may have worked on previously and organize them by colour.
Print: printing a text enables users to vary the methods for response and navigation by providing an alternate means to access information.

Practice Reading Aloud: Give the user the chance to build on their prior knowledge and self assess how they are progressing with fluency and accuracy.
Highlight: users are able to highlight important information for collection.
Hover Speech: With the ability to hear words that could not be decoded with reading, users can persist longer when viewing/reading a document
Talk and Type/Speech Input: This function improves endurance and reduces writing fatigue by eliminating the physical process of composing on paper or with a keyboard, and by decreasing the memory demands of spelling.
Collect Highlights: having a completed collection of highlights would be a useful tool and outcome after “reading” a document that could be used for studying or making a summary
Save to Google Drive: the ability to save a document to Google Drive gives users the opportunity to share and collaborate with other people.

Dictionary: this helps users to clarify the meaning of vocabulary.
Word Prediction: Helps the user understand appropriate words that fit what they are trying to say.

Translator: this feature promotes understanding across languages by clarifying the meaning of words.
